Purposes
The data provided in the forms will be processed to respond to your query, understand the need raised, contact you, prepare an orientation or commercial proposal and, where appropriate case, manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship that may arise.
We may also process minimum technical data linked to the form, such as entry page, submission page, origin of the CTA, UTMs, sending date and anti-spam control fields, in order to correctly manage the query, diagnose errors and improve lead traceability.
If you accept optional measurement, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate web usage and measure commercial actions, and Microsoft Clarity to analyze the experience through heat maps and session recordings. Forms are masked explicitly. We do not send the name, email, telephone number, message or form files to these tools.
Legitimation
The main legal basis for responding to queries sent from the website is the consent of the interested party and the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the user themselves. In case of subsequent contracting, the legal basis will be the execution of the contract. The data comes from the interested party when they complete a form, call, write by email or contact ACERIS by other enabled means.
Rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation of processing by request addressed to the controller at info@aceris.es. You also have the right to withdraw consent with the same ease with which it was granted when the processing is based on it.
Likewise, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or with the corresponding control authority.
Safety measures
Technical and organizational measures are applied to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorized access to personal data. However, the user must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

The user will not be added to newsletters or commercial communications. unrelated to your query unless there is separate consent or applicable legal basis.
