What do you need to print?
Each order can be different: a few cards, a replacement, a batch with the same design or cards with different data for each person.

Printing a card is not the same as encoding it
The printing is the visible part of the card: logo, texts, photograph, QR, numbering or design. To avoid errors in the estimate, we separate the visual impression, the coding and the registration in the system.
If the card also includes RFID, MIFARE, magnetic stripe or other technology, compatibility and coding are reviewed separately.

Yes. We can value cards with logo, text, photography, QR, barcode, numbering or other visible data, depending on quantity and design.
Do I need to have the finished design?
Not necessarily. You can send us the logo, texts, instructions or a reference. We will check if the material is useful and we will tell you what is missing.
Which file format is best?
Preferably vector logo, high quality PDF or image in good resolution. Before producing we will tell you the specific requirements of the order.
Can I print double-sided?
Yes, we can consider one- or two-sided printing. The price and production route depend on quantity, technology, design and finish.
Can you make cards with different data?
Yes, when the project allows it. We can work with variable data such as name, number, photo, QR or code, normally from a structured file.
Does the printing include coding or registration in the system?
Only if, in addition to printing, the compatible card, encoding and, when applicable, registration in the system are included. These services are reviewed and budgeted separately.
Can I see a test before producing?
Yes, a digital design proof can be sent before production. If the card must work with a system, the compatibility test is handled separately.
What happens if I need many cards?
In larger quantities, especially from 500 units, factory manufacturing may be of interest to improve the unit cost and achieve homogeneous production.
Can you repeat a previous order?
Yes, if we keep the token or you send us a sample. We will confirm quantity, design, technology, finish and current price before producing.
